Terms of Use
These terms explain how you may use the Run Ventures website. In short: the site is for general information, it is not professional advice, browsing or emailing us does not make you a client, and you should check with us before relying on anything here for a business decision.
This website (run.ventures) is operated by Run Ventures Fintech Limited (“Run Ventures”, “we”, “us”, “our”), C/O Workhub, 6 Fern Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin, Dublin 18, Ireland D18 FP98. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Last updated: 2026-09-30.
1.Accepting these terms
You accept these terms by accessing or using the website. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
The website is intended for business and professional visitors.
2.What this website is
Run Ventures is an independent consultancy working on SWIFT, ISO 20022 and payments. This website describes our work and shares our views. It is informational only. It has no user accounts and it does not take payments.
Nothing on the website is legal, financial, tax, regulatory or other professional advice. Payments rules and market practice change and depend on your circumstances. Take advice from a suitably qualified professional before you act on anything you read here.
Visiting the website, reading our insights or sending us an email does not create a client relationship, and it does not oblige us to provide services. Any engagement with us starts only when we agree it in writing, on separate terms.
3.Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless we say otherwise, we own or license the content on the website. This includes text, articles, case studies, graphics, illustrations, layout and the Run Ventures name and logo. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may quote short passages with clear credit to Run Ventures and a link to the source page.
You may not, without our written permission:
- copy, republish, sell or distribute our content, other than as set out above;
- modify our content or present it as your own;
- remove copyright or other notices;
- copy or reuse any software, methods or technology described or used on the website; or
- use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you. This does not give us any right to your confidential information. Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed terms for it.
4.Trademarks and third-party names
SWIFT is a trademark of S.W.I.F.T. SC. Run Ventures is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or in partnership with S.W.I.F.T. SC, and we do not claim to be.
Other product, service and company names on the website belong to their owners. We use them only to identify things or to describe our work.
Our case studies are anonymised illustrations of the kind of work we do. They describe engagements by sector and do not identify clients. Any resemblance to a particular organisation is unintended, and results described will not necessarily be repeated in other situations.
5.Acceptable use
Please use the website lawfully and considerately. You must not:
- break any applicable law or the rights of others;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users' data;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- overload or disrupt the website, or interfere with its security;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to extract content in bulk; or
- send us unlawful, abusive or misleading messages.
We may block access to the website if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
6.Third-party links
The website may link to other websites, or refer to services such as social media and publishing platforms. We do not control them. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
7.Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date. But the topics we cover change quickly, including regulation, market infrastructure and industry timelines. Content may be out of date or incomplete, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes.
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
8.Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish law. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
- any other matter where the law does not allow us to exclude or limit liability.
Subject to that, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Also subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill. It also covers loss caused by viruses or by third-party websites.
Nothing here limits the terms of any separate written agreement you enter into with us for services.
9.Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, how we use it and your rights. Our Cookie Policy explains the limited cookies this website uses. Please read it alongside these terms.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. The updated terms apply from the date they are posted, and continuing to use the website means you accept them. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the website.
11.Governing law and courts
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under mandatory law to bring proceedings elsewhere.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
