PaymentOps

One place to trace, explain and resolve cross-border payment issues, with the evidence on screen and a person in charge.

When a payment stops, teams rebuild it by hand

A cross-border payment passes through channels, a payment hub, screening, SWIFT, correspondent banks and ledgers. Each system sees only part of the story, so every exception becomes a search across all of them.

  • Finding the payment

    Today

Analysts check the hub, the SWIFT interface, screening and the ledger one by one, each with its own identifier.

    With PaymentOps

One search by UETR, IBAN, BIC, reference or name returns a single payment with every event in order.

  • Explaining what happened

    Today

Every claim of non-receipt or rejected payment starts a manual rebuild of the payment, and answers depend on who picks it up.

    With PaymentOps

Cases open with evidence already gathered, and a runbook reaches the same conclusion the same way every time.

  • Replying and proving it

    Today

Replies are written by hand, approvals happen in email, and auditors ask for the trail afterwards.

    With PaymentOps

Replies are drafted from verified facts, larger amounts need a second approver, and every step is in the audit log.

Work the right cases first

Investigations from camt.110 and MT199 messages become cases automatically, linked to the right payment. One queue shows priority and time left on the SLA, so teams know what to pick up next.

Investigations that start with the facts

A claim of non-receipt becomes a case with evidence already gathered. A runbook checks each step the same way every time and shows which system answered, so analysts start from a conclusion instead of a search.

Replies that are checked before they go out

The response is drafted from verified facts, and every statement links to its evidence. Larger amounts need a second person to approve, and each step is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.

Sits above the systems you already run

PaymentOps reads from your payment hub, SWIFT connectivity, screening and ledgers. It does not replace them and it does not process payments.

  • Operations analysts

Trace a payment, work a case and draft the reply from one screen.

  • Managers

See the queue, the SLA clock and who owns each case.

  • Compliance and audit

Review evidence, approvals and a tamper-evident trail without asking operations.

Ready for SWIFT investigations in ISO 20022

SWIFT is moving investigations to camt.110 and camt.111, with in-flow translation from November 2026 and full exchange through Case Orchestrator mandatory in November 2027. PaymentOps handles the structured messages and the legacy MT199 workflows side by side.

Built for control

  • It never moves money

PaymentOps observes and explains. Payments are executed by your existing systems.

  • Evidence for every claim

Each conclusion links to the messages and events it came from. Stale or missing sources are shown, not hidden.

  • People stay in control

Generated text is labelled until a person approves it. Access is role based, and sensitive fields are masked.
